and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. How will I know if I win a CASH tournament? When you win a prize in a CASH tournament, you will be notified by email as soon as the tournament is over. In addition, you can also view the entire tournament standings from your "My Account" page. How do I get my money when I win? After you have been awarded a prize from a CASH tournament, the prize will be added to your withdrawable account total. You are then free to withdraw your money to your PayPal account, or use it to enter another CASH tournament. How much can I win? How much you can win will depend on the entry fee of the CASH tournament, and how much money is in the tournament's prize pool. For examples, see the Prizes page. How can I deposit or withdraw money? You can deposit and withdraw money into your BeAContender account from your "My Account" page. We currently use PayPal to securely perform all deposits and withdrawals. If you don't already have a PayPal account, it's easy to signup for one. Once your PayPal account is setup, you can make as many deposits and withdrawals as you want. If I win a tournament, how soon will I see my winnings? All CASH tournaments will post its winnings and send its winner e-mails immediately after the published closing time. For tournaments which last one or more days, the tournament will end at 12:00AM PST. |
