Operating System: Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, XP, 2000 Processor: Pentium 166 MHz (a faster processor is recommended) Modem: 28.8k (a faster connection is recommended) Video Card: 800 x 600 display with 16-bit color resolution Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.0, 5.1, 5.5 or 6.0 (Version 5.0 or higher required to participate in chat) Sound card recommended for game audio, but not required for game play. I got an error message when playing a game. What do I do? Whenever an error occurs, it is logged on our servers. When this happens, please e-mail us at help@beacontender.com with the exact error message and the tournament (available on the My Account page under View Ongoing Tournaments), and we will investigate the matter further. If applicable, you will be refunded your entry fee for the tournament. What happens if I get disconnected while playing a game? Depending on exactly when your computer was disconnected, two things can happen: the game you were playing may have been finished, in which case, you will receive a final score for the game you were playing. Or, the game you were playing was not finished, and you will receive a game score of zero for that entry.
